Can Pitchcraft Be Done In Person?
Currently, Pitchcraft sessions are offered exclusively online via Zoom. This virtual format ensures consistent quality, accessibility, and convenience for teams worldwide.
In-person sessions are not available at this time due to logistical considerations and our commitment to maintaining standardized delivery quality across all sessions.

Can't attend live? No problem. Full recordings are provided for on-demand viewing for one month.
What If Someone Can't Attend the Live Session?
We understand schedules can be challenging. If you cannot attend the live Zoom session, a comprehensive recording will be made available immediately after completion.
The recording is accessible on demand to your entire team for 30 days after the session date, ensuring no one misses out on the valuable content.
How Is the Zoom Link Shared?
Lavina personally shares the Zoom link with all registered participants 24 hours before the scheduled session. This ensures direct communication and eliminates any delivery issues.
Please ensure your agency or team checks their email regularly and confirms receipt of the link. We recommend adding our email to your safe senders list.

What Is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Final Bookings
All session bookings are considered final once confirmed. This policy ensures we can maintain our scheduling commitments and quality standards.
No Refunds
There are no refunds for cancellations under any circumstances. Please review your availability carefully before registering.
We strongly encourage teams to coordinate schedules and confirm availability before booking to avoid any inconvenience or disappointment.

Sessions will only proceed if at least 50% of registered attendees join the live session. This ensures meaningful interaction and engagement.
If minimum attendance isn't met, the session may be postponed, but recordings remain available.
One-Time Opportunity
Sessions will not be repeated if attendance falls below requirements. Each Pitchcraft session is a unique, scheduled event.
Recording Always Available
However, the complete recorded session will be available for on-demand viewing for the full 30-day period regardless of live attendance.
